It's been a crazy stressful year for a lot of us but I'm working hard to make the best of this time to reflect and find ways to bring calmness, and healing to my practice and those around me.    

I'm also writing to let you know that according to CA Dept of Public Health and Alameda County Health Services Agency, Expanded Personal Care services (aka indoor massage therapy) businesses are allowed to re-open. Pursuant to local and state guidelines, with some modifications, I've implemented the following changes to my practice: 

• Customer/client screening 
• Temperature Checks on arrival
• Open Room Air flow 
• Face Coverings

I've undergone regular Covid-19 testing and will continue hand washing and offer clean linens before every session. An aromatherapy essential oil diffuser is now being used during sessions to help cleanse the air in the room.  If there are other measures you would like me to take into account please don't hesitate to ask.  Your safety and well being is my utmost concern.  

As an incentive for return clients I'm offering a special November re-opening (one time only) CBD oil enhanced session.  If interested please mention this at the time of booking.  Personally, I've found this experience helps with muscular and joint pain relief without the clouded thinking.  If there's enough demand I could start to offer this as part of a regular session.
